I'm not your ordinary attorney . . .
Somewhere between law school and having a family, I started a creative small business as an interior designer.
I wish I had someone to guide me from the very beginning. Instead, founding my firm was the result of trial and error, asking for help, and courage.
As my business grew, I learned that their was a better way to run my business, a better way to protect my personal assets, and ultimately a better way to communicate and serve my clients!
Part of why I am so passionate about helping you as a "creative" is because I know that your creative business can be a passionate business that supports your family and personally fulfills you!
